I’m sure we had about 10 years in a row pre-enic where we permanently finished 7th to 16th or something like that until Jol came in. The epitome of average mid-table.

Not sure you can really say we’re back to those dark days yet. I’m sure we’d all take a poor league position for one season if it meant winning something and getting the ridiculous trophy monkey off our back.

Oh 100% I’d settle for any league finish (as long it’s not relegation) if it meant winning a trophy.

Also won 2 cups in the 90s
That would be when we qualified for Europe

The bit in the middle was an issue, as we couldn't even manage that with a Sheringham/Klinsmann pairing up top due to funding transfers being SOSHULIZT or something
In 1991, when Spurs had finished 3rd in the league
the season before, and had two stand-out players of WC 1990.
And by complete coincidence, Sugar took over in June 1991 - and it was backwards almost immediately

Looked at the table for the first time in a long time and shocked to see we are 14th. Are our rivals the six teams below us? How standards have dropped. Surely, management must change if we don’t get a result on Sunday.

It would seem so, plus with the amount of beatings Arsenal and Chelsea keep giving us under Ange, it's hard to really call it a rivalry these days.

Something tells me City have beaten the case…

9 (yes, NINE) and a half year contract for Haaland.

Reis, Khusonov and Marmoush to be in a City shirt within a day or so and Cambiaso of Juve also getting linked with either a move this window or the summer.

That’s not a club potentially getting hit with any deductions, relegations or fines… well maybe the latter but that won’t mean **** to them, lol.

Tomorrow's early game is Bournemouth's visit to Newcastle, because **** you Bournemouth fans, apparently.
Enjoy your 6 hour drive starting at 5am. 354 miles. Have fun sitting in the ****test seats in the place, too.

Lazio have (had?) an eagle mascot that flies around the stadium. The same falconer has run it since 2010/11.
The club have now sacked him because he posted pictures of his prosthetic penis post-surgery online.
They previously suspended him for making fascist salutes and chanting about Mussolini in a game against Milan.
He's responded to the sacking by locking himself in their training ground and refusing to come out.
