We need to play hardball now. Whatever the **** they’ve been doing down there, if anything, clearly is having no effect as crime and knife crime continues to soar.

I'm really referring to the deaths of teenagers like the recent one ...14 year old boy stabbed by two other teenagers ...

... but I actually agree with your point that any foreign nationals (including asylum seekers) should be deported to country of origin / nationality if convicted of a serious crime...

Scotland and in particular Glasgow.

I like some of the ideas that they had and have used a couple of them in my previous posts. That doesn’t necessarily mean it would work in other places.

Mindset of people varies from country to country so that would also need to be taking into context.

I'd make it illegal to buy knives online. I'd also have all knives removed from supermarket displays, and sold in the same way cigarettes are sold, from behind a locked cabinet...if we can do it for the sale of millions of cigarettes we can do it with knives. All knives sold must be for use in the kitchen. Anything outside of that has to be from a diy store also subject to strict controls. Supermarket sales based on age. DIY sales based on age and leaving your name and address. Any person stopped with a knife has to be able to produce a receipt that shows it was sold that day, failure to do so results in confiscation and possible arrest dependent on the officers judgement, whether they consider your reason for carrying it was satisfactory. Maybe categorise knives, dependent on size, usage and level of harm it can cause. Subject supermarkets and diy stores to huge fines if they sell knives to people underage...and set what age that should be.

In short do anything that stops this madness.

You know who else didn't like sharp knives. Cardinal Richelieu (you know the "bad" guy in 3 musketeers). Table knives used to all have sharp points, but he couldn't stand people picking their teeth with their knives. He ordered all his knives to have the tips rounded off so people couldn't pick their teeth with them... and the practice spread to the rest of the world. (Louis XIV went further and banned pointed knives in general to combat street violence)

If all the gangs just rounded off the tips of their daggers, like Richelieu wanted, there would be far fewer fatal stabbings. Something for the gangsters out there on this forum to consider.

Needs to be replaced with UK patriot Ant Middleton. He put himself forward as a Reform candidate for Mayor.

Seriously? As much as change is needed if we start sticking any ****er up as a candidate it'll get worse, he won't have clue and yes a lot of politicians are similar but we might as well stick Molly Mae up there other than Ant Middleton she's at least fit and more popular.

Did the people in charge before do a good job? Red or blue... Same **** hole going the same way.


Maybe we need some actual normal people with life experience in charge for a change.

I didn't say any of that, I fully agree that's it's a **** show and something needs to be done, the people in charge of the country need to step up and start having policies and solutions in place for the out of control migration issues and growing knife crime issues.

I really don't think putting z list celebrities in charge is the solution. That's just thick so it'll probably happen at some point.
