Just an extra on Weat Hamm , their players are pointing and telling each other where to be and what to do - not seen them that committed much this season like that - we need that especially Coyle and Kamara

Yes he does but I’m not sure it’s for the same reason I think he’s good at trying to deflect the blame off himself maybe - but next game he plays I will watch him to see if it’s not .

Watch him

He points for players positioning off the ball
He cant have blame when we dont have possession

Hes limited but id guarantee hes amongst our top 3 highest kms run per game

Sorry I’ve watched him a lot as I’ve said before he’s v good running with the ball and direct , oddly he runs faster with a ball than without and when he’s running back , but I do see him point a fair bit and it just seems to be ‘blaming ‘ others But with a Selles caveat maybe he’s one of the guys who is truly committed and was just trying to get a struggling team moving better . I hope he was . He does need to improve his positional play when defending - Selles interviews suggests theses weakness in players like that will get sorted

Nah not contrived - ‘ considered’ just an opinion based on observation , I couldn’t spot a formation to save my life never been interested but how an individual plays , moves , physicality and manner for many sports has always been a fascination - what they succeed or fail . I like technical things . Does that explain it ?
