I wondered if he dislocated his shoulder, when he dived forward he went on his right arm, that seemed to twist out awkward.

Also fingers and toes being cold can be down as much to poor circulation - especially if standing/sitting in one spot in a football stadium.

my age means that there is a little less insulation on top, so can agree a hat helps keep me feeling warmer.

see that you can get heated gloves and socks from Amazon. Will be like a walking battery pack
