Back to the grind after a long overdue break Ayr unusually has seen better weather than most and other than France is my option , Wolverhampton is way to unpredictable.
Ayr 200 11/10 in a 4 horse afair looks about the best it will get on Travali D'Ofevra who stepped up significantly well and now drops to an untested 24f . This should be in the comfort zone and is very winnable.
235 Flash Du Pistolet at around 13/2 gets a drop back in trip and returns to track although over fences. Flash looked comfortable with the hurdles course here so combining the 2 may well bring a needed win

15:10 Ayr - Rock On Jet

Class-4 Handicap Hurdle over 2m on soft ground

Jet Away gelding has sound chance to open his account over hurdles. Wears hood for first time. Danny McMenamin rides for the George Bewley stable.

7/2 (Wm.Hill) best price early-doors, on the ATR site.

Great shout Swanny. Managed to look at the forum 1505, just in time.

Won by 6½-lengths at 5/2 SP. Enterprising ride by Danny McMenamin for the George Bewley yard. Nice win too for the owners, Messrs: Ivinson, Mandle, Annett And Gibson

Well done with Travail D'Ofevra Uncle - smashing price in the end (SP 11/8). A sterling piece of work ;)
