He’s very highly rated in his own country and regarded as one of the best U21 goalkeepers around. Glad we haven’t gone for an average stop gap like Johnstone and we’re getting someone who could potentially compete with Vic .
Only concern is he’s not homegrown so will have to offload none homegrown players this Jan to fit him in our squad.

If you’re talking about Europa then even a HG signing would need to replace someone in the squad if they joined. The only players who can join without replacing a player would be a CG player like Walker-Peters, Edwards, Winks, Skipp, Kane etc.

He’ll be fine for the Prem though.

Honestly… what a time for that Kinsky story to come out. 2 hours before kick off, where one of our fringe goalkeepers is playing for the first time.

Hey Brandon, thanks for stepping in today, but yeah… you’re now even further down the pecking order. COYS, Daniel.

Frankly he should have taken the hint when we Vicario, Forster and Keeley in the gap between him last playing in MLS and his starting today

At least Alfie Whiteman took up DJing so he has something to do at the weekend

Maybe we'll actually get him a decent loan in the summer or once the Scandinavian seasons kick off again?

Bizarre signing.

Josh Keeley has been earning rave reviews at Orient.

Not sure this was a priority signing given the absolute mess in defence.

What's he like at CB?

Don’t know much about him but playing in a top division and experience of playing in Europe seems a good buy.

Gives us Vicario, Austin and Kinsky now which seems better without Forster in it. Then keeley doing well on loan at Leyton orient so hopefully we may be able to not worry about the keeper position for a while.

Growing rumours that Son will leave at the end of the season.

Talk of a new contract being 'imminent' last season is all but dead at this point.

This was replaced by talk that the club would trigger a one year extension in his current deal, but no sign of that either.

There was talk of that at the ground yesterday.

I would be surprised just with the amount of income his name brings in, 4 Koreans in front of me yesterday with bulging shopping bags as an example, but you never know...

I think it will come down to the man himself.

Something isn't right about him. Body language and general demeanour hasn't been good for a while. The trademark smile just isn't there.

I think he's feeling the weight of the armband knowing he doesn't really possess the natural qualities of a leader, in fact he's probably the weakest captain I've seen in a Spurs shirt.

And I think deep down he realises that his pace and acceleration have gone permanently and his overall game is stunted as a result. He looks like he's playing with that weight on his shoulders.

He's one of the most genuine and respectful players in the world, wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he would consider it dishonourable to stay at Spurs as our highest earner when his actual contribution is minimal. He may want to return to S Korea to enjoy the rest of his career with a freedom that he simply wont get anymore at PL level.

I'm sure the club would be delighted with a year's extension while Yang siphons off our SK support, but if Son won't sign it there's nothing to talk about.

A totally new deal appears to be 100% off the table though, so he's either gone this summer or next.

He’s what is left of our best period which was under Poch

Imagine watching your team lose all that talent and you are last man standing

I don’t blame him for looking a bit lost now

he can’t do it on his own

love him to bits and wouldn’t blame him for leaving, I think I would. Yes he’s lost some of his pace and menace and I don’t think he is captain material and I’m afraid being around our current calibre of players on the whole has left him exposed a bit.
