    It is criminal
But until we elect a government that will get to grips with it, we’ll continue to see a decline in our own living standards

WHAT WITH THE WX and being sort of holiday time it does give you a chance to "steadily" go through all the media and sort out past notes for the bin and have a really good dive into 2024

THE BIG THING is down to Rishi, probably 5 times more savvy and intelligent than 2 tier Granny Harmer. Whilst I think it backfired a bit for us the general public he called a GE when everything was 100% POSITIVE and steadily marching forward.
economy going uphill at a steady rate of knots ...
inflation had plunged [ bear in mind the whole world was embroiled in that historical episode ] poor LIZ got caught flat footed, and most of those the majority who called for her head are MP'S NO LONGER! Inflation in May/June was being toted at 2% or less before October.
Interest Rates Gradually coming down with helps with mortgage rates fiscal entities stating less than 4% within a year [ 10 month's gone ]
A number of projects in hand to assist the fiscal purse RWANDA as many as first 1000 already lined up illegals entering at lowest for a long time ..
Police numbers increased ... nhs staffing [all depts ] BY 10,s ,000's .. a number of hospitals being upgraded and a new one or 2 in the pipeline .. house building on course to supply over 230, ooo residences before Jan1 2024 nearly all pretty much all the figure comes out for 2024 will be tory instigated as a number of incomplete and later starting projects are still in /taking place....

History notes the events and 2024 will eventually after the historians finish analysing it will show a booming economy and a country in recovery being screwed up like a piece of spoilt paper and thrown on the fire! the hero [heroes ] for 2024 are without doubt RISHI SUNAK [ TORY PARTY ] the big bad wolf is Granny HARMER and his band of politically inept IQ zeroes

Clever Rishi .....................did a Bliar to Brown! but with a twist!

GB News host Nana Akua delivered a scathing critique of Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer's approach to tackling the migrant crisis, claiming she is "sick" of seeing those attempting to cross the Channel lose their lives.
Three migrants died in the Channel after an incident off the coast of Sangatte, near Calais, where 45 people were rescued while attempting to board a small boat bound for the UK.
The Government has blamed "ruthless criminals" for the deaths, which occurred on Sunday morning.
Border security and asylum minister Dame Angela Eagle said: "This morning lives have been lost at sea because ruthless criminals running the small boat trade are overloading people into unseaworthy vessels."
    hypocrisy anything except us!
Harmer was a sort of Lawyer ... lot of doubting "high level legal eagles out there disagree" anyway HARMER WAS A SOLICITOR! ... when prosecuting

......a thief it was stated, that if there wasnt a fence or person to accept the stolen items then the theft would be pointless or if the receiver knew they were going to get punished then they might not be interested, so the receiver is an accomplice and should be treated the same ... or worse! SO IF THERE WAS NOT a "reward " for crossing the channel many wouldnt or might not ........thats what happened with Rwanda project slowed them down reduced the numbers ................ YC said 1000 free tickets so she encouraged them ....

whose blood is on who's hands~!!!!!

    Ruthless criminals

The French not doing what they are supposed to be doing despite the hundreds of millions we’ve given them

And successive British governments too paralysed with fear as to what the rest of the world might think of us if we stoped this tomorrow by deploying the Royal Navy to patrol the channel and put a stop to it once and for all

Saving lives and saving British taxpayers money at the same time

    Just ridiculous

NOTE THIS IS FOR BOAT CROSSINGS

There are 000's more who have made it via stowing away via ferries and unknown numbers who have been dropped off shore by boats that have made the crossing .... like fishing boats / pleasure craft etc

The area surrounding the Britannia Country House Hotel in Didsbury became submerged in the high water after the deluge - and rescue teams have been forced to retrieve those inside via boat as a result.

WOW 500 PEOPLE REPORTED IN THE HOTEL ... ... understood to be housing "asylum seekers" !!! WELL THEY ARE USED TO BOATS! .... and hotel doing nicely ............

    500 x £90 [ just lower end average figure] = £1,350,000 per month

So illegal immigration across the English Channel (just the ones that we know about !!) has risen by 29% under this bunch of incompetents since they came to power

Under new laws proposed, suspected people smugglers might face being banned from Social Media, be banned from having a mobile phone and banned from travelling

I bet they’re quaking in their boots !!

Whilst in opposition the Labour Party voted against life sentences for convicted people smugglers might face, typically !

They really can’t make their minds up about anything and removed what was a fairly credible deterrent in the Rwanda plan as soon as they took power

The Tories are nearly as bad and aside from the absolute sh*t show for the least 6 months under Labour bumbling around and upsetting everyone, including those in their own party, there’s little to choose between the two parties

This country is in desperate desperate need of new and very different ideas as to how to approach almost everything that has a better balanced and fairer outcome for British citizens, particularly taxpayers, as the uni parties don’t work any longer and they haven’t for a long time.

And God help Labour if any pensioners die because of this cold snap

FOLLOWING ON FROM a previous post .................

...... The scheme, known as "987 Inclusion Health" at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), allows undocumented migrants to bypass standard A&E waiting times. [ also loads of other NHS area's ]

NHS figures show that while regular patients [ British tax paying ] faced four-hour waits in November, those under the scheme could receive treatment within 15 minutes.
Former Health Secretary Steve Barclay called the situation "outrageous", saying those in the UK illegally were being prioritised over British taxpayers. "There should not be preferential treatment for those here illegally at our expense, and I think the public will be outraged to discover that's the case", Barclay told The Telegraph.

usually each patient in A&E can take up to 1 hour to be dealt with and can involve the attention of up to 6 staff members? ............ so 8 people que jumping hospital with 8 bays! could mean at least 24 people having to wait an extra hour for care.
note.. when I had my accident in Bitton when ambulances were queing up and waiting for one was over 5 hours! I managed to get to SOUTHMEAD UNDER OWN STEAM.. 3+ hours after the incident [ broken ambulance times had me waiting 2 and a half hours on site ] I went into waiting room with at least 40 people waiting! I was in less pain lying on floor so did so ...... 1625 arrival 1705 came round from anesthetic having been put under because of the severity of my shoulder displacement. In waiting room 4 staff got me stretchered to side ward then 3 diagnostic people with 2 nurses keeping an eye out for x minutes .. then 1 person to XRAY ON TROLLEY .. 2 in xray 1 back to resuss! where operation took place wit 2 nurses organising .. then 2 doctors became 3 at point of operation 7 people after coming round in next 15 mins to about 1720 25 at least 3 people looked in .. so in that 1 hour about 25 people involve. It was a severely dislocated and torn shoulder joint ..... [ 1 nurse said it was a simple but quick "putting right" although technically complicated! ] My daughter who had to wait in waiting area till 10pm as they kept giving me blood tests said at 10pm on that sunday night there was about 25-30 still waiting ... and did mention some foreigners did cause a few arguments over trivial things ... like the wait!!!!!

    Absolute joke
The best thing to do if you need treatment in A&E is to leave the country, destroy your passport and come back by dinghy across the Channel

As per usual we have our priorities arse about face
Immigrants get better treatment than Brits
The establishment would rather not offend the Pakistani grooming gangs because they might be considered as racisstz than protect the scores of vulnerable young girls who suffered horrendous abuse over a wide area of the UK over decades
That’s why we need to reset our values and for once start calling out serious wrongdoing as a matter of absolute urgency

Fact check: Government committed to using hotels for asylum claimants for now

the Government is planning to “downsize the homes of pensioners and council tenants with extra bedrooms”. It attributes to the plan to Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner and quotes her as saying: “The aim is to free up housing for the refugees who’ll be allowed to bring their families from abroad.” The post also suggests the plan has been implemented to reduce the reliance on using hotels.
November 20 2024, Home Office minister Dame Angela Eagle announced there were 220 hotels currently in use as accommodation for asylum seekers. She also noted that while the Government had an “ambition” to end this practice, the hotels “remain key to delivering on our legal responsibility”. note probably more now as a few 000's extra have arrived!

In the first few months of the Labour Government, the DWP has been spending an average of £25,000 per day [ £4,625,000 so far ] on interpretation services.
Nearly a million calls to the Universal Credit helpline required a foreign language interpreter last year.
The figures come as the department announces plans to begin publishing data on the number of Universal Credit-claiming households with non-UK citizens, along with data on refugee claimants.

Reform MP Rupert Lowe, who requested the disclosure of DWP interpreter call numbers, has called for the complete elimination of foreign-language interpretation services.
"Evidently, we are allowing too many low-skilled migrants into our country who are incapable of supporting themselves," said the MP for Great Yarmouth.
