Sorry but I can't help but post stats that interest me. 67% possession Everton had apparently and not 1 shot on target!!

 

Just listening to David Moyes erm he's saying hid didn't know HOW many shots WE STOKE had

That's why I said "apparently" in the original post. It was something I was told. They must've seen it somewhere. I must admit I cannot remember Tommy or Bego making a save.

They didn't I read FOUR attempts on goal for Everton must have all been headers??

 

The stats tend to differ from whatever source you get it from. I'm sure BBC claimed that Blackburn had about 10 shots on target while, I think it was Sky, said that they had 4. So it depends on who you trust I guess.

 

Stoke did get a few blocks which obviously dont count as shots on target.

 

Yeh I've often wondered whether the BBC count them as shots on target. I've always thought there should be a "Shots on Target", "Shots off Target" and "Shots Blocked". It would make things far more simpler in my eyes.

Goals for 1
Goals against 0
