Started quite well. They aren’t that terrible. Just painfully naive style of play thanks to the manager.
Fanbase is buzzing - could easily go tits up ... but Coopernicus was slowly turning the place into a morgue...
... but only 7 have managed to win the Premier League in 30 years ... and guess what - we even did it before Liverpool * managed it ... Here's another thought - how many of us will get to see our teams win the Top League and FA Cup in our lifetime? As the great philosopher Ian Dury once said ... reasons to be cheerful ...
It’s the league Fosse, no matter how hard you try to dress it up and plenty have won it before you. Not sure why you keep mentioning Liverpool to a Charlton fan, but I’m pretty sure true Liverpool fans don’t care too much about Leicester’s rather meagre trophy haul.
you flatter yourself ... I don't mention Liverpool for your benefit ... As for dressing it up ... I've supported my team from being a kid - I never expected my team to win the top league title and we'd lost 4 post war Cup finals ... so watching them winning the league when I was 56 and the Cup when 61 is the stuff of miracles - as I said, generations of genuine fans can support a team for a lifetime without seeing success ... So no chance I'll stop mentioning them ... particularly if it winds fans of other clubs up
Go on the pinks! That Dibling is brilliant. Rides challenges while Joao Pedro only rides 15-year-olds.
There’s a bloke with the build of Rodney Trotter fighting stewards and ripping seats out of the away end but could be a coincidence.
