I hope it's a bit more "thorough" than last time This is the 4th time of asking, Acun really needs to get it right this time!!!!
Balders does German... Tut mir leid dass es nicht geklappt hat Tim aber es hat einfach nicht sein sollen. Viel Glück für die Zukunft.
Why? Big Sam is much more accomplished. The point was these are the kind of managers you can rely on to come in to a mess like this, get them organised and get a tune out of them. As we near the end of January, that will be what we need. Right now I think there is still enough time that Acun will either gamble, or get someone who has had some real success abroad like that guy he was after before Rosenior that eventually turned us down.
Thanks Tim and best wishes to you and your team. A very brave decision to move to another country and bring your family with you. I hope it isn't too difficult for them. You were dealt a **** hand by a club that couldn't run a piss up. You also need to learn a little flexibility goes a long way, but hey what do I know. Hope the future holds success and happiness wherever you go. UTT
I just think Pearson is more of a well-rounded manager who can build a team over time and play positively, unlike Allardyce who is more of a "keep them up" merchant. Probably both past their sell by date in terms of commanding players' respect though.
Poor bloke was so far out of his depth, a total inability to change tactics and probably the worst coach I've seen at the Tigers since Mark Hateley
Let’s be honest we all expected this. Tim’s position was intolerable and City could not let it continue. Acun now is looking for a steady hand and possibly a more realistic mid table position this term. I hope though that Acun has learned a lot from this. For me a proper director of football is needed. In Tim’s defense there was no real threat signed up front and how long have we needed a goal scoring talisman. Good luck to Tim and his team for the future and I am sorry it didn’t work out for him. I am confident that Acun has the best interest of the club at heart still but I hope he has learned from this experience. I believe we have some good players here but we need a strong spine and we don’t have that yet. I hope January addresses that.
This is such a tired cliche. Why not? Are Sunderland and Norwich struggling under Le Bris and Thorup?
5 p.m on the button. Who's the Daddy....(@BigRic ITK supremo,Glasgow) Anyone need the Euro millions winning numbers for Friday night,I'm at your disposal 24/7.
I’m fairly confident Walter will still go on to have a decent coaching career after City somewhere on the continent. Anyone remember Markus Schopp at Barnsley? He was absolutely dreadful there and had a 6.25 win % in 16 games which is worse than Walter’s 16.67% in 18 games at City. Schopp ended up back in Austria and has coached Hartberg and currently coaches LASK in the Austrian Bundesliga and is doing really well now. Football’s a funny old game.
