Well not quite because they can vote in whatever they like but they can still be challenged again. There's a full verdict due very soon which is why the vote could need further amendments anyway. It's just another page of this **** mate and it won't be over.

I believe the rules are now reverted back to the 2021 version rather than the ones voted in 5 days after the Newcastle takeover.
