Sadly yes mate, as i posted yesterday on the other thread AVB actually dropped both of them to the reserves team and made them change with the reserves. ****ing pathetic, we need alex for man city next week. And good prediction drogs but i hope we get all 12, we can do ****ty just believe !!!!
I'd be interested to know what Chelsea fans thought of Newcastle today. I'm still quite proud of our performance despite the loss.
I was impressed with Mata and Sturridge as usual, and if Sturridge doesn't go to Euro 2012 I'll be amazed. I wasn't sure about Romeu though...

Sorry pal didn't see, Alex hasn't been brilliant of late so not too fussed about him but I would like to keep Anelka, I guess he just doesn't want to be a bench warmer!
It's 10 out of 18 points this month, playing 6 games due to the Christmas fixtures.
Newcastle were good today, but we deserved it IMO

Depends what you mean by one of, we only have 3 players we play at CB. 4 including Ivan.
For my money they looked very vulnerable in the 1st half. But they were transformed in the second! If they could play like they did in the second half for 90 mins they will make top 6 for sure!
PS Romeu is a star in the making . Still learning the PL but oozing with natural skills!

I'm happy that people are giving us some credit for that performance. It's not every week you come up against players like Mata and Sturridge. Up until the 2nd and 3rd goals, I would've been happy with a draw. But the last two were scored with Torres, Ramires, Kalou and Strurridge up against Perch, R.Taylor and Simpson, and there's only one outcome from that I'm afraid!

Thought you done really good, soon as Coloccini went off though your defence did open up a bit, and if i was you i'd sign up alex considering we're putting him up for transfer for some stupid reason. Was really impressed with Krul though what a goalkeeper !! As usual Ba was very good and thought Cabaye done very well, thought all your players had a good game really apart from Obertan, my oh my that guys **** lol
I never expect a result against the likes of Chelsea but I did have a good feeling about it today. I was hoping we could exploit the recent pressure on the team and go for a win/draw but it obviously wasn't to be! I'm not so sure about top 6 as Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs and you lot to be fighting for 3rd - 6th. 7th or 8th would be a good season for me! We've been beating the teams that we naturally compete with so I'm still over the moon with this season so far.
