Perhaps not, but they were certain opportunities to give them if he'd wanted to, and I'm sure VAR would not have over-ruled them.
There was contact on the first one, but Watkins' theatrical swan-dive probably went against him. The second I think there was a big case for - certainly I'd have been throwing my socks at the screen if that was against us.

The first one imo was a clear case of exaggerating thst most refs would not give at all. They certainly wouldn't give a free out for it which was inexplicable.

The second imo has been given and will likely be given in a weeks time again. It's a matter of opinion but again if coote has it in for us he could easily have given that. Maybe he missed it but Tierney on var?

For me the game was defined by a clear and obvious error that got covered up by nunez scoring. I'd like to hear the conversation recording there as I am very sure coote got told he had an absolute howler.

I think this then affected his decisions for the rest of game.

Remember this clown started the game by letting tielemans pull salah over then scream in his face. He then booked tielemans for a small enough foul at in the half.

He clearly goes into games saying you will be nothing from me salah (race, who knows)

He has made a howler and went on to male several more.l during the game but Tierney didn't give him anything on var.

Salah gets hauled to the ground at least once in every game it seems, and rarely gets anything for it from any of the refs.

the second one a Villa player was holding Bradleys shirt at the same time

That's fair enough, as I said I don't recall that. But my point is not that it was a definite penalty, rather a great opportunity for Coote to award one if he really had it in for us.
As I've said for a long time now, I just think he's useless.
