    Guess it also depends on whether you favour a beurre blanc or a vermouth and lemon verbena reduction with the fish?...

    One of them is much gayer ... but my lips are sealed ...

    Baked beans, tinned tuna and cheese all heated up together and put in a wrap with loads of back pepper with a fried egg on top.

    Think I last had that in June and since then I've lost 7kg <laugh>
