Yeah, in my head I remembered them both as thunderbolts. The first one certainly was.

It's funny how your mind can play tricks when it comes to memory. When I read your original post on this thread, this is what I visualised ... wrong end and a different player ... Sir Les ...

I thought about this one the other day. Gavin Peacock and Paul Furlong scoring against us and John Spencer also in their team. Fantastic goal from Quashie. Video quality is terrible, but the goal still looks great.

Can't find a decent link but also Mackie's goal away at City - I was there that day and it was unbelievable

The 1st from Wolves was pretty good, the one from Dichio was something else

Their goalscorer was Simon Osborn who joined Wolves from us. He was pretty useless as far as I can remember.

I was at Loftus Road on Tuesday night to see the shocking performance against Hull. I was due to go to Derby Saturday but cancelled on Friday evening as I tested positive for covid - yes, 3.5 years after the pandemic started, it finally got me. Been stuck in all weekend feeling ****e and then to watch a second ****e performance online in the space of a few days lol.

The Bobby Zamora moment was great and the moment will never be forgotten for the 45k QPR fans in the ground but I have to say the Trevor Sinclair goal against Barnsley in the FA Cup was the best goal I have ever seen live. Pure athleticism and skill. Never forget both those goals.
Sorry to hear Eamon I do hope you are well enough for the Portsmouth game as I'm over for that, and would like to meet for a pint.
I must admit after the last couple of games I'm not feeling that optimistic.
Luckily I didn't see the Derby fiasco as I was busy all weekend.
Get well soon.
