Taken from a QPR forum: "As many have said, our fullbacks looked really ropey compared to theirs. Still, at least I wasn't bored witless tonight and we've been done by a fluid, vibrant and enterprising Hull side who look cut-out for a top 6 finish."

Some on here will still be unhappy, quoting all sorts of meaningless stats. The BINs are the only ones that matter and for the last 3 games have been in our favourl

I was sat just behind Acun surrounded by QPR fans. Pretty much all I spoke to mentioned how good we were and wished they played as aggressively as we do. I pointed out the heart attack style that caused Pandur to make several top saves and none seemed to care.

It's entertaining and it's working. Tim has made many people on here look pretty foolish. He needed a little time and the right players. You can see now we are nearly there.

I still think we’ll be too inconsistent for a top 6 finish. But I’ll be happy with entertaining football and top half. League winners 2025/26

If we manage to get a win and a draw from our next two games we’ll start to look like a team heading toward the top six.

Or he was right. Pandur has been great once he got used to playing with the team but looked awful preseason. If Liam played him for 5 games hoping he was going to get better he'd of got hell of a lot of abuse.

Pandur is right for this season Allsop was right for last season

Allsop was something that rhymes with right for last season.

The exciting thing is we're far from nearly there.

Better strikers will punish us, but if we can dispatch the rank and file with a level of consistency, we can lose to the parachute sides and still get playoffs.

Just need to keep creating.

10 goals in 3 games, 3 wins on the bounce. Players starting to settle and click, Zambrano was fantastic when he came on, belloumi looks a right prospect.
Glad pandur has proved the bedwetters on here wrong

But **** me we are so open at times, better teams will pick us off

So hang on, are you a bed wetter or laughing at bed wetter?

No no no you aren't allowed a balanced, nuanced opinion, that's not allowed on here!!

Agree, we'll be even stronger soon with Puerta and Hughes, UTT.

november 2021
6th barnsley 0-2 city
20th city 2-0 birmingham
24th cardiff 0-1 city
27th city 2-1 millwall

we also won 4 on the trot in april 2021 and 5 on the trot in feb/mar 2021, both runs of league games while getting out of league one that season. in the november of that season we had won, including three cup games, six on the trot.

Allsop let everything that was at him in anyway. So even if Pandur was ****e we wouldn’t be worse off

Speaking of balanced views, I liked a lot of tonight’s game. But…

I wish we’d start games better. Pandur kept us in it but better teams will punish us if we keep gifting the chances from the overplaying at the back. I don’t mind it when we’re in control of a game and 2 goals up, but I fail to see how it’s beneficial at the start of a game.

That is certainly a concern. We've also scored 9 open play goals from something like 4 xG. Or put another way for those that hate xG, we have 9 goals from 17 shots on target which is utterly insane conversion.
