Match Day Thread Villa next.....a first win??

Spanish seems to have gone absent so I'll start the match day thread for Sunday.

Just had nightmare drive up from South coast, 6 hrs to just north of Ipswich for a family funeral wake. A12 is horrendous!
Sadly I cant stay till Sunday and try get a ticket.

 

I also share others' optimism.
I think this could be the game that everything clicks amd we get our first win... I'll go for a 3-1 win. Two for Hutch, and Delap the other

We’re an optimistic bunch today, aren’t we? Aston Villa are a very good team, with great players and a great manager. I’m expecting a really tough game.

3-1 loss to Villa, but with some encouraging signs. End of our three match unbeaten run! I’ll be there at Portman Road on Sunday (second match of the season). If we can repeat the 1-1 draw and performance against Fulham, I’d be impressed.

McKenna clearly starting to favour the new signings apart from Tuanzebe, Davis and Morsy though.

Look good going frwd, enjoyable 1st half. Defensive errors cost us, not thrilled by Muric footwork tbh.
But holding our own with Champions League team!

One silly gifted goal by Greaves is the difference.

 

We need to get Hutchinson out of the 10 role, just not good enough!! Szmodics would be much better imo
