He’ll be crying when Palace or someone do it next week but in the circumstances it was an excellent performance including all that. Big turning point was Rodri getting injured and killing the momentum City had at 1-0.

Difficult to know how to spin it.

Point at City is good.

Circumstances though.

Would have been a massive win for Arsenal but it will be a downer for them now.

From what I understand Arteta is allowed to get his team to do it when they're up against it but all other teams aren't allowed to try and defend when playing against Arsenal. It's anti-football and small club mentality, etc, etc.

The man has the consistency and integrity of Donald Trump.

Oh yeah he’s a ridiculous little man but far better managers than him have been hypocrites. Journalists and the interviewers should call him out on it next time he does it but he did the right thing today. Integrity doesn’t earn points.

It’s been one of them atrocious days as a gambler when everything goes against you. I backed Arsenal and that win would have give me my 100 back from the donkey and a bit profit. I always do 2-2 for a game like this and avoided it this time.


You’ll have to send me twenty quid so I can eat at work this week.
