Sacrificing Saka is a big call. Would’ve thought he’s the one you’d want as the outlet when you get that rare counter chance.
I respect the 5-4-0 formation. Hope it all ends in tears but they’ve had no scares thus far. City look out of ideas and with Doku and Kovacic on there’s only a few players to worry about.
He needs to assist or score more often, Diaz for us was getting that aimed at him from fans but he's sorted that.
The stats nerds will tell you he has by far the greatest distance carried with the ball in the league so I guess the argument is he offers something different but I can’t see it. Thought he’d kick on this season but looks dross.
Love the way City give their opponents a false sense of hope to make the league interesting for us neautrals remember when they gave Pool an 11 point lead once
Think city have been awful this half. The long range shooting has been beyond poor, their crossing is rubbish, they are so narrow and their subs have done nothing. Raya has only had to make simple saves which says it all
Arsenal deserve credit too. ****housed when they’ve had to, kept their shape. City have been crap but that’s partly because of how Arsenal have played. A few decent saves but nothing you wouldn’t expect. Stop giving the ball to the one bloke in the team who can’t play. It’s mental.
