SO at last the Prem v Man City case starts next week, 115 charges :- 54x Failure to provide accurate financial information 2009-10 to 2017-18. 14x Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments from 2009-10 to 2017-18. 5x Failure to comply with Uefa's rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18. 7x Breaching Premier League's PSR rules 2015-16 to 2017-18. 35x Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations December 2018 - Feb 2023. The simplest seems to be the 35 cases and if half were found and 3 pts each allotted then = 51pt deduction? or because of multiple years could it be ? they get automatic relegation! it would be a massacre of the championship if they got relegated? only 2 teams likely to get promoted? and they break FFP rules without penalty if they went straight back up!
The big KO today will last a few weeks and cost a few £m's ... will they get punished "properly" or will they get off with a slapped wrist and condone the actions of ignoring FFP ... if they get off will previously "found guilty" have recourse for action to have their "sentences commuted!"
On a similar note; how does Wrexham get around FFP? They have blatantly and unashamedly pumped money into their campaign ever since they were in the conference.
