Whether he is or not, that doesn't alter the fact that his mother was born in Ireland so he can legitimately get an Irish passport.
The original point was they'd give mo one as they give anyone one. As a joke after that autocorrect. The fact a right wing extremist didn't trigger a single question (irrespective of any other eligibility criteria) I think still says they must hand them.out like sweets. You'd have to wonder seriously though what security issues that can cause us as anyone can walk into the UK using this route.
I know what your original point was. Sometimes you have to be prepared for a throwaway comment getting pounced on. With regard to security issues, it isn't the ones coming in on passports that are the main concern.
Unless they are far right supremists as opposed to poor unfortunately in dingies. In general i don't think too many jihadists have entered Europe looking to carry out mass attack via the refugee route. Thry seem more than able to radicalise a young person who feels oppressed. Far right agitators seem to be well able to do so as well but letting their so-called leader travel freely on second sets of documents to Canada etc is nuts.
I've got my own views on what now apparently passes as far right but I'm keeping them to myself. My views tend not to be based on politics per se, but on observation, uncluttered by what I'm 'supposed' to think or party lines I'm 'supposed' to toe. The only far right I'm really interested in is, as already mentioned, Mo Salah.
I find the transfer window recap less depressing when read from BBC Pidgin https://www.bbc.com/pidgin/articles/cp8n4k4rk8no
I don't want to go very deeply into this, but regardless of where you place someone on the political spectrum, anyone who actively incites hatred and tries to divide society with bigotry is a criminal. Tommy Robinson has a record as long as your arm in this respect. I'm not going to say any more on this thread, if it needs to go further we can move it to the pub.
I know next to nothing about Tommy Robinson and have no desire in discussing him. Mito brought his name up in a throwaway comment and I responded with one fact that I did know about him, well maybe two because I know that's not TR isn't his birth name. Mito also brought up the far right comment and my response to that was a general observation and nothing to do with where Tommy Robinson sits on the political spectrum. I've sacked off the pub thread since the pile on I was subjected to a good while ago.
Former Tottenham, PSG and Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has been named the new manager of USA team.
Why is he still unsigned by anyone if he's on a free? Either he is asking too much money, or coaches know something. All summer long and he couldn't find a club? How fit is he now too? How long for him to get up to speed? He joined Juve on a free too... seems to have a habit of letting his contracts run out so he can get a big sign-on bonus. Probably pull the same stunt with us, although, how much more career does he have left at 29?
Who knows. Memphis depay has gone to Brazil as well, similar story. It's fairly clear nobody wanted the guy enough to chase him in January so he is left with the sloppy seconds here. If atletico are in for him he will go there. Fairly simple reasoning, he's a sunshine boy
As I say, one season at most - if at all. And I'd knock him down to £100k a week with no signing-on fee. If he can do better somewhere else then ta ra. We don't REALLY need him except for the number of games we have coming up. His loss.
