I've been in the ruin on the right. The Coliseum, in Rome.

It was a beautiful, sunny afternoon, and I sat up in the God's. My view was more or less the one pictured.
I looked down into the bowels of the place, and a chill came over me. It became very cold, despite the sun shining.
To say I was awestruck, and spooked, would be an understatement.
I swear I could hear lions roaring, and people screaming.

I got the hell out of there.

Been there as well, hell of a building. Went to the one in Verona last week another one and you think how old it is and it’s still standing. The Romans knew how to build things.
