I quite like him. Good move for him though and now ****ing financial fair play has to be a factor in every transfer and he’s pure profit.
Chelsea's joint owners have apparently fallen out - so expect each to buy the other's shares at considerable profit thereby enabling compliance with PSR for another year
Well yes, but we had to sell him apparently. Not sure why this doesn't apply to the likes of Chelsea and City who can spend what they want, when they want but, hey ho, he's gone now. I'd have kept him personally but he's a cheerleader type player and is simply not good enough to be a starting eleven player going forward. Assuming we want to go forward!
Stefan Borson, financial expert, who has been lauding our PSR / FFP 'victory' as no surprise and a correct interpretation of the rules by an expert set of barristers, is also saying that United have a £100 million 'hole' in their accounts after failure to qualify for the Champions league... ... but as you say, it's rather bizarre how Citeh - but for me, more so, Chelsea (given comparative / continuing levels of success) can carry on with their levels of spend ...
Yeah no idea why you had to get that profit in. I agree with your view on him but players like that can be invaluable to cover injuries or to rest players. Never going to be a regular starter. Bit like Gomez for us but he comes in now and then and keeps us ticking over.
This game is wild. Challenges flying in in the rain. Montenegro smashing the bar from the halfway line. Moustaches you haven’t seen here for 30 years on the Montenegro defenders. Lovely.
Think it’s a real stretch to think there’s anyone but us watching and somebody else is desperately scrambling to get it on. Luv is watching in a pub full of Aberdare miners trying to hide his English accent.
Great double save from Darlow followed by Davies clearing it off the line then Wales break and should score. Best game ever.
That's what we wanted, Speed then Giggs had us playing attacking football, Page ruined that Bellamy knows what we want. Better to go out in a blaze of glory innit.
small nation with some decent little players, generally speaking international football is quite poor - I see no reason why we can't be playing attacking football and just have a go.
Can’t be trusted with a bottle cap at football here but Slobodan can do a five minute fireworks show in the main stand.
