Live a deluded life and then you die. You might just as well be a Sunderland supporter and have done with it.
Saw a couple in Rochester last summer with a stall. They offered me a leaflet. Weren't impressed when I said I'll get one next time round
Rochester , say no more, is the old bookshop still going with the nutcase owner , I used to love telling him that the charity shop 3 doors down had the same book at half the price
Certain papers are calling for Carsley's job before the team have played because he is refusing to sing the national anthem
Should do what John Redwood did with the Welsh national anthem back in the 90s (young uns can use the inter webby thing to look it up)
I mean we're pretending that Gazza didn't stick his tongue out mid-anthem in the 1990 World Cup in order to keep sending people to the culture war trenches...
....avoiding the fact that Carsley is Irish and has publicly said that he never sang the National anthem when representing his country. Let me guess which papers are calling for his head?
I would not do that *because I respect his position in not singing the national anthem*. If you just want to stand there, that is absolutely fine. However: People that boo or turn their back during the anthem I do have a problem with, because that means you do not respect the opinion of people that want to sing it.
