This is true. Not that I wish to sound supportive of Arsenal, but Citeh seem to be masters of what you might call 'avoiding the first yellow card'. They seem to be able to get away with it, which has a subtle impact on the rest of the match.

So do Arsenal, especially for diving.
They've had lots of red cards because they tend to do absolutely mental ****, particularly when Xhaka was on the pitch.
He's one of the few active players that has red card compilation clips available.

Arsenal have only averaged an extra red card per season compared to spurs since Dec 2019 so it’s hardly “a lot of red cards”!
