That’s bizarre to me as well. He’s joined a Croatian club permanently today. He may not have been top of our list but surely as a fail-safe it would be better than ****ing nowt.
This is what he said about a striker. Strange because he's not ruled it out but offered no hope whatsoever. I'm starting to think the club isn't updating him on the striker at the moment.

Yeah that’s why I mentioned him, I’ve never been to Osijek but I can’t imagine in footballing terms that we’re a worse option than a club that got knocked out of Europe by the runners up of the Azerbaijani Premier League.
