Well I’ll stick with my viewpoint

 

What has been annoying is that we can play 1 or 2 touch passing through midfield in spells but can't seem to sustain it and drop back to dribbling around with the ball and allowing opposition midfield to press.

Joelinton had three opportunities to get rid of the ball against Bournemouth which led to their goal - one example, but plenty of others by others too.

Pass and move, it's really not that difficult

 

It's the move part they're all made of lead in the main.

 

Certainly been quite leaden - but then you get the last 15mins v Forest and we are pinging it around very nicely

 

Just felt like they're trying to achieve something without sufficient personnel but time will tell.

Maybe we need to look at our pre-season - this Summer we had a post-season trip to Australia followed by a pre-season trip to the Far East. Maybe we need to change the focus from marketing the club overseas to honing fitness for the season.
