You'll all say that until he's available. It's not the same issue.. he'll be ok in a few weeks. Have some of that faith you all keep telling me you have.
It doesn't matter you either have confidence, faith or you're writing off a player who's had 3 different injuries. I'm going to back the player on this one.
I honestly think that fit he could be one of our most important players. Imo we miss his driving runs massively when he's not playing. When he is he takes us right up a notch.
Yeah, with both Bruno and Big Joe we seriously lack pace in the middle. Love them.bith, but in the modern game you need some real mobility there.
Willock may be my favourite player of ours, flies under the radar a lot but a good all-rounder in the middle. Pace, ability and willingness to work has meant he has played in a few different roles/positions in his time here. It's a big shame about his injuries as I feel we missed him so much last season when we looked flat at times. He'll be back fit and fighting soon and pulling strings alongside Bruno and Tonali (I think that's our best 3 but accept Joelinton is arguably there instead). He's not exceptional at anything but does everything very well. ps. I'd also suggest that Willock on the LW and Gordon on the RW may be our best forward line currently. Though Barnes is better than some on here give him credit for and will show that this season.
Spalletti hails Tonali on comeback Newcastle United midfielder Tonali made his comeback for the Italy squad after 10 months out for breaching betting regulations. “His performance was magnificent. We were afraid he wouldn’t have 90 minutes in his legs, but in the last five minutes he sprinted down the flank and went clear on goal by himself,” smiled Spalletti. “We have rediscovered a fantastic player.”
