Someone would always find a way to circumvent the rules Why not remove the money from the equation Give all players the same wage on a tiered structure work out where they are based on careers Calculate an average based on a good long career then pay them x amount per week depending on what level you are on I realise this will never work But nothing will Because whatever is put in place someone will exploit it The whole thing is ****ed now and beyond saving
