I reckon about 15Million might be okay, problem is we are leaving it too late for WBA to get a replacement
So you think he’s worth almost the same as Jack Clarke ? That doesn’t sound right. Especially if West Brom are struggling with finances
Interesting that in the last two days we have had links to a left winger, right winger and central striker. I wonder how many “final third” signings we will actually be hoping to finalise
https://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/24540510.ipswich-town-confirm-deal-sunderland-winger-jack-clarke/ 3m of them are deemed “realistic”. So 18m vs 15m. It’s a functionally similar question since the theory was 15m plus a sell on. Which is rather close to 15m + 3m in realistic add ons + 2m unrealistic add ons (presumably England appearances)
That would be what 5 goalkeepers they have now...Chelsea have a few as well...Travers will now be 3rd choice he's better than that
In which case I can only assume the 10m current reported is actually 5 or 6 with add ons. But that’s just not how it reads or was reported.
Does any club accept an initial offer? If it's a punt and the board aren't too sure 10m is fair, if we are serious there will be margins for negotiation. Of course their fans think he is worth more we do the same with every player attracting attention from other clubs re Charly but the market dictates the price, the value comes down to what the buyer wishes to spend and the value the seller perceives they need.
Agree, although if we start edging over £15m I would be tempted to test Bournemouth's resolve for Brooks
There has been no mention of that at all. Or any move for him. But I expect he is third choice there at best ? Need to check their squad edit: He’s one only two players listed as primarily a right winger on transfermarkt. I expect some of the 4 left wingers can also play there as well. If not all of them
