The way they've both played in the first two games, I'd rather have Ralls on the pitch Sunday than Ramsey.

Ralls does seem a bit marmite.
He mightn't be the most flash player, but he's a steady performer. Another of those you notice more when he's not there than when he is.
He cant be all bad, he's survived a succession of managers.
Or maybe he has photos of tan.......

I’d rather have Rhinomota than either after what I’ve seen so far this season <whistle>

Whole midfield fell apart when Ralls went off v Burnley.

Best player on the pitch until his injury.

    Agree.

Ralls impresses me whilst Ramsey tries to impress - and it ain't coming off.

On central midfielders Siopis is overrated IMO. Yes he buzzes around and gets the odd tackle in but his passing is on too many occasions inaccurate and he has nil goal threat.

And as for Turnbull, whilst the jury is still out one has to wonder on what we’ve seen so far what possessed City to pay what they did for him.

Siopis is a busy midfield destroyer (bit like Jonathan Hogg), but offers very little at Championship level after he's broken up opposition play - that's where Ramsey should come into his own.

Looks to me that Turnbull is a confidence player and he hasn't had a run of games to bring that out. He's got the vision but has either been subbed off or brought on to rescue a lost cause.

Back to Ralls. Despite his technical weaknesses, his presence on the pitch inspires others but he needs serious creative help. I'm sorry to say that's back to Ramsey or maybe even Colwill at No. 10.

With Siopis playing, maybe a 4141 is a better formation.
Manolis, win the ball, give it to one of the guys in front of you, get back in position.

It's not going to happen but I'd axe Siopis for Robertson. (let's hope he's not another dud signing)

Our hope is that Swansea are not very good either. But not very good beats our shambles of a team atm.

Do you think the reason City crumbled so pathetically at the Liability last season was more due to the home sides in our faces ploy right from kick off than the quality or otherwise of their players?
I do and it just cannot happen again down there again.

Get Chops in for a pre match gee up talk. He knows what the derby means.

    And I don't mean the horses. <whistle>

It's just passive Bulutball. We don't press and we don't start on the front foot.

Neither side has much quality mind.

Just we are an absolute shambles from keeper to up front.
