Manual Benson, does he have a twin brother called Automatic Benson
If they mean Manuel Benson, then he is a Burnley player that they bought when Kompany was appointed manager. Made a lot of substitute appearances the year they won the Championship and scored 11 goals, and managed to get a whole 110 minutes of game time last season in the Premier league for them.
Likes to play as an inverted right winger. 27 years old who spent most of his career playing in the Belgium leagues, as well as 1 season in the top Dutch league. Also has 1 international cap for Angola, which would make him our 3rd Angolan international after Rui Marques and Helder Costa

Possibly in the premier league but I doubt that the championship money is enough to not need a full ground.

Wonder if he'll take over from as Capstan from Ampadu?
Will he be a Number Six, or A Number 10, or is it a ruse as we're actually after Kent?
Is he a proven goalscorer, or does he rely on the occasional Lucky Strike?
Knowing our luck, he'll be great, then, as usual, it'll be Dunhill all the way.
A friend in Pall Mall tells me that we're interested in John Player, who hails from Richmond, who's a bit like Sterling -who thinks he's a Superking, but is actually a Silk Cu(n)t.

Benson looked good in their promotion season but barely played in the prem, not helped by a few injuries i think. The rumours of him coming here have been around for a while, but gathered pace in the last few days.... Whether that means anything other than being picked up by the usual 'outlets'
Benson would be a horrific signing. Injury prone and not good enough to step up a level if we managed to luck out with promotion.

Benson would not even be like for like with McKinstry or McGurk who we allowed to leave, plus the wrong age profile. There’s something smelly going on at Leeds behind the scenes. Our recruitment department must have lists of options for all price ranges and positions, yet nothing has been done for over a month and if there was a chance that release clauses may get triggered then there should have been lots of action. We knew we needed a left back for months - nothing. We knew for weeks we needed a 10 or at least an AM as Archie and Kamara were gone - nothing. We knew if Summerville left we needed a replacement - nothing. Rutter now gone and ……. Nothing.
Either our new Orta department are crap or they have been told to hang back until FARKE situation sorted?

Fook me this recruitment department are making a case for bringing Victor Orta back. Benson is a madness panic buy. He isnt good enough for more than 20 games in the poor Belgium league, he isnt good enough for the premier league and why he hardly played in a poor Burnley relegation side and now he ain’t good enough for Parker and his championship side. Why the hell should we take Burnleys cast offs. Joke and the club are turning into a joke too, if that’s the best they can do
