I see the PL are going to report reasoning behind VAR decisions on social media during games

What about the people who are actually at the ****ing games? You know, those who've invested actual time and money to be there?

Hopefully communicated on the Big screens in the ground ... just as done incredibly successfully in rugby, cricket and tennis ...

Taking the Boy to his first home game, a shoulder ride through the crowd on Goodison road will be something he won’t be able to remeber when older, but I will

How old is he?

Was 9 for mine and can still remember it vividly ... 3-1 win at home to Birmingham with Rodney Fern scoring a bicycle kick ... first game of the season having lost the cup final and been relegated earlier the same calendar year...

3 1/2.
So he won’t remeber.

think only Leicester and Everton will be punished with a point deduction from the City charged.

My guess is they get docked enough to cost them the title but not enough to go down. Actually think they’re a pretty good lay for the title. Maybe even top four.

wont be any bigger than the 6 Everton got on appeal. Suspect Leicester will be 4 max.

I thought the Leicester one would have been sorted by now tbf.

Legal technicalities ... probably means it will drag into next year for sure, possibly longer ...

Haven't read through in detail but some of it hinges on the timing of the charges and whether the Premier League / Football League had the authority and jurisdiction to make the charges they did at the time they did ... also whether they followed their own rules / guidelines in doing so ...

Many cases, civil and indeed criminal, fall through on such things, irrespective of the actual transgression / crime...

Certainly we have raised counter legal challenges on those lines ...

30 BBC football pundits give their Prem top 4 predictions ...

https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/cp8nkkwjk39o

Of the 30, only 5 predict a top 4 finish for Manchester United ... and all 5 of those have United finishing 4th!

That really does give some perspective as to the current status quo ...

Personally I think United might be a bit of a (positive) surprise this season ...

Do they try and climb on the pitch to fight your players as well? Bunch of mutants.

I remember that. It happened again last season when they invaded the pitch after winning league one.

Proper weird bunch. Never forget them smashing their own city up after a derby which they actually won!

Can’t use that. Just look at the second paragraph

Ashley Williams has Chelsea third. I think we can ignore the random collection of experts who bothered replying to BBC HQ’s email.

Steve Sidwell with the bold shout of United second.
