I’d rather buy a small flat in Scotland and rent it out. I’d get my cash back way quicker. The yields are great up here. You can get all your cash back in 7 or 8 year on plenty of properties.

I never call it a settee, I would generally call it a couch or sometimes a sofa. Isn't the English language wonderful?

 

It is indeed. Too many people are lazy however and resort to "text spelling", rudey words and words with only one syllable.
