One thing Chelsea do seem to be doing is specifically targeting young Brazilian talent and snapping them up early. I guess even if one or two come good on a grand scale it will be good business. I just think with Bruno and Joelinton in our squad we should also be using their links and contacts for scouting these young lads as well. They must still have some decent contacts from their original clubs. Or even if it's just their family & friends keeping an eye out for who is up and coming. Use the assets you have.
