Cop out.

Its not like the cps has much to decide after looking at the full footage is it mate.

Tons and tons of misinformation about at the mo mate. I'd go with what Libby says, as that was my understanding all along.

not sure they thought he was fully restrained. First kick to make sure he was down and restrained. Second stamp was unecessary though.

Sorry Bobby but under our not606 agreed restraint of hoodlums, second kick was within the rules. There is also a third kick rule, drop kick, but that only applies to dickheads that set hotels alight.

Scary how much misinformation there is. It’s going to cause an innocent person to be lynched at some point.

Man stabbed in Stirling at the weekend, Tommeh Robinson said it was a brown Muslim who stabbed 3 people. Turns out was a local nutjob who stabbed 1 person. Not that it makes it acceptable but that could have easily turned into a protest/riot all because of one wrong tweet.

Im sure by peacefully letting the first lot of officers put the cuffs on em both would have resulted in the avoidance of them then having to Smash up 6 popo because on balance that was probably unnecessary.<laugh>

No but it's more than possible that they're looking to prosecute for more serious charges such as affray and need more time to put the evidence together. Gathering witness statements and such takes time and the cps don't like to prosecute until they're close to certain it'll return a conviction.

I don't believe you're this stupid mate. You must know this happens literally all the time. Have you never been police bailed?

Even Huw Edwards wasn't charged until 6 months after his arrest and I'm pretty sure they knew he had the images at that point.

Must be cos he's a dark skinned foreigner though init.

Heard they are looking to clamp down on social media. I actually kind of agree with this although it means we'll have the artibers of truth will be the government and at the best of times i don't even trust the "BBC" (i'm sure there are loads more that don't). I thank this place as there are some very good knowledgeable around and i get a bit of everything here.

Anyway, the irony about all this is that we are heading towards the great firewall of britain should we go down this route. I know a few people we can trust to build this

Ive never been arrestee in my life thank you very much
I despise criminality

It's like the rioters that will think they've got away with it because the cops haven't called yet....the cops will gather all the information first in some cases, then go and kick their front doors of the hinges...I sort of like this method better, it's payback time, shining style.

Anyway Sucky fancy a wager bro if you're so confident they're gonna get away with it?

I say they'll be charged by the end of this year. If not you win.

£50 charity bet?

I treat anything on twitter now as misinformation, then decide if I think it's crediable. Cocked up with one tweet I posted up yesterday, but will always make the odd mistake, the video wasn't the mistake, I'd just missed the narrative that had gone with it - which is part the problem, the video could be genuine, but need to watch who is posting it up and their reason or narrative for doing so.

Yeah the government will sneak through new big brother style powers after all this which they’ve been dying to do for decades now.

Just seen some bint getting dragged away from her gaff by several coppers. Apparently she was involved in one of the bin fire incidents.

Kinda fitting that she had her front door kicked in first thing this morning so that they could drag her out
