Following on from my comment this morning about arrest numbers apparently there have been 147 arrests nationwide since yesterday. According to Wiki there were 3000 in the first 5 days of 2011 riots.
This is basically what happened in hk. Police not allowed to do **** and people just destroying property and abusing innocent people. Riots went on for months. No idea how long this **** will go on for
