Whilst some will never believe it, I'm very much tongue-in-cheek - would have supported my lot all my life (active 1969/70 - now) irrespective of success - just as I was doing when the (still) unbelievable happened - and would still have been taking the piss out of the usual suspects - albeit without the 'wind-up' ammunition that a title, and later, FA Cup, success provided.

Just watching the utd Liverpool friendly from yday following the arsenal one earlier this week

Early days but there's a clear style and plan there, im liking the new shape of the team, seems a lot more conpact than klopp had us. Much more focus on using the midfield rsther than them being pure workhorses so i expect a lot more goals and assists coning through it. obviously it will take a little while to nail it but the signs so far are encouraging

Yeah but compare yourselves with citys trophy haul in in the last decade and you really have nothing to belatedly celebrate everyday 10 years after the fact.

Never compared ours ... compared yours ... but there really wasn't much to compare... Citeh weren't in a different league mind...
