Reading back, I'm now thinking you are trying to be clever in a pedantic way and actually what YOU should have said is
"Unfortunately some didn't..." not "Unfortunately you didn't" as the former would apply to the 'we' in my earlier comment and the latter applies more specifically to me.
You said 'we all' so I replied unfortunately you didn't which is fine.
