Same here. Totally, totally frustrating dealing with them. I don't trust any of them. The property and selling and buying business in this country is seriously flawed and could do with a severe overhaul, and everyone knows it too.

We bought a house, put the offer in, it was accepted but literally half an hour later the agent rang to say a previous offer slightly higher had come back in so vendors going with them. Half a ****ing hour !!! As soon as we get like Scotland the better, offer accepted, done deal…. Bastards
