Because of personal commitments I haven’t been to a game for 5 years, but things have changed. Today I ordered a seat for the first home game, a message popped up saying ticket has been sent to your email as on your account. This was over 3 hours ago and no sign of ticket , is this normal to wait this long.
Almost 24 hours after booking the ticket, still no email to do the download, Just rang ticket office and was told they are not doing the tickets until next week, I should get it then.
