I'd give the job to Lee Carsley. He's got the England U21's playing really good football and won the U21 Euro's last year beating Spain in the final.

Was really hoping he would take the Irish job but he turned it down apparently.

Nice one Taffy, I can pick myself out in that picture - I'm standing on the balcony above the tunnel.

Sadly, I can't magnify it well enough so that anyone else would recognise me.

I spotted the old man straight away - showed it to my son who did likewise without me having to identify my Dad.

My sister showed it to one of her sons - he spotted him also!
