Been trying to buy a ticket all day for this one on the club website, wearehulllcity. As a club member, seemingly all the passwords have changed since the club moved over the Ticketmaster. I received the email from the club a couple of weeks back with a link to press to re registar with Ticketmaster, it didn't work. I emailed the club at the time and up to now, a fortnight later I have had no reply.
I emailed the club again first thing this morning informing them that I am having difficulty logging onto the club website to buy tickets. No reply yet.
So I re registered and found out the club had not changed my contact details despite telling me they had from when i moved address last year and still had my old contact phone number.
I can now buy tickets, but at £15 each when i am informed by my mate who bought them last week they are £7.50 each 'across the board'.
Does anyone know how much the tickets are and is anyone else having difficulty with the on-line wearehullcity ticketing facility?
Also hearing the entire North Stand has been given over to Newcastle fans and is already sold out?

Tickets are £15 for adults, £7.50 for concessions and £5.00 for U10’s.

Newcastle have the whole north stand and sold it out within hours. They must be mad. <laugh>

I had some problems with this issue a couple of weeks back,it's a bit of a shambles!!

I might come down but not decided yet(I've got a bit of a chest infection I've picked up on holiday so not sure if I want to be travelling on Friday). But I had a look on this new set up and you can scroll down through various prices and there's a concession option at £7.50:emoticon-0148-yes:

I see this as a conversation and not an mdt
Don't get like the rest of them Chazz ffs. It's a post about the forthcoming City v Newcastle game this Saturday, the first time, to my knowledge, the match has been mentioned on here. Also the first time it has been mentioned that the entire North Stand has been handed over to away fans. I don't think that decision would have slipped under the radar without comment under past regimes.
If the admin are so put out by it then delete it or move it by all means because I'm sure far more important stuff has been posted on here today......

We do actually have a pre-season fixture thread, but there’s no issue with having this one as well.

Nobody gives a **** how many away tickets we make available for a pre-season, under this owner or any other, Newcastle will have one stand and another won’t be open and there’ll still be plenty of empty seats.

I couldn't give a toss where the Newcastle fans are sat, I'm just pleased they are coming and buying tickets. But it has been a huge issue in past seasons when home fans have had to move out of their seats for away fans, and you know very well it has, friendly or not. Anyhow I'm still finding it impossible to buy tickets on the City website. I've now managed to get the slide bar working and I've ordered tickets for the next two friendlies but when I proceed to paying for them the site will not accept my new password, which was set earlier today, or the old one, and just tells me to apply for a new one and they email me a link, which still doesnt work and just sends you around in circles until ticketmaster times you out and freezes the account.
It really should not be as difficult as this to buy a ticket for a football match.
Wouldn't it be far easier to just open up a couple of cash turnstiles, or let you swipe your card at the turnstile on a matchday?

You could always just give the steward a bit of smalltalk guff and walk straight in, it works for 'some'. <whistle>

We’ve got a ticket office, you can just buy a ticket when you get there.

No doubt some, will be saying how crap Newcastle fans are compared to ours and they only get a lot watching because there’s nothing to do in Newcastle.<laugh>
