I never said it wasn't true and again I don't think that proves anything either.

The cause of death isn't important but it wasn't proven or reported at the time which is what I have the problem with.
 
Some bint makes racist comment on a tram, it gets posted to Youtube, and she's charged within 48 hours
John Terry makes racist comments to Anton Ferdinand, gets posted to Youtube (although the FA demand all clips be removed ASAP), police finally interview him five weeks later

Can't help but notice a slight discrepancy there...
