I don't know tbh. I'm sure there's a context there but **** like this just fcks me off from ppl who should know better.

Labour want to be all inclusive, well then their candidates should apply that towards everyone.

On a separate note I think the Labour campaign has been weak as piss. They could've gone after Sunak's 5 pledges. They could've gone after all the broken manifesto pledges. Instead of allowing Tories to set the campaign agenda to be about tax cuts they should've pushed back with public services and broken Britain. That's what Labour did in 97, they went on the attack and it's no surprise the government was then big and bold. This lot seem like wet flannels tbh.

It's weird finding out one of the neighbours on your road is a thick racist prick as you see a Reform board planted in his front garden on your drive home from work.

Very very strange feeling, but thinking about it later I have seen the **** around and tbh I'm thinking hmmm yeh had to be.

Saw the headline that the most powerful nation in the world had an election debate where the 2 candidates stood there and called each other names like schoolchildren. What a world we linger in.

I missed this but it’s a really good point.

9 times out of 10, I go to the bookies these days. It’s far easier to place bigger bets and more regular bets online. It’s just numbers on a screen. I don’t blink if im putting 50 quid on a horse through my online account. It’s a total different feeling to pulling 50 quid cash out my back pocket and handing it over to someone in a shop. It does stop you in your tracks and makes you become hesitant.

Exactly how I imagine jews must feel when people fly Palestinian flags on the streets of Britain in protest.

I don’t mind it tbh when people wear badges, put a little flag in the window. Freedom of speech and all that and if it was a topic I discovered and had thrown at me constantly from nine months ago it’s understandable. It’s just the latest thing to display what a great and virtuous person you are like a BLM badge, Ukraine flag or whatever which is fine if that’s what people think. Annoying but fine.

The police choosing not to act on the minority very openly xenophobic at best and often far worse I have less time for and only encourages them to push more. Crack a few skulls like. You’re the ****ing police in a supposedly ‘Zionist-owned’ country. It’s cranking up in America and we’re behind the curve here but it is starting to go up a notch.

The 2029 election will divide this country more than Brexit. The left are already pushing the narrative that if you vote reform then you’re a racist. That just made people dig their heels in and cement their positions when it came to voting last time and the same thing will happen again.

Vote Reform = You’re definitely racist.

Vote Labour = You’re definitely an antisemite.

Vote Tory = You look down on the poor.

Not sure why generalisation needs to happen but it’s going to go that way.

Not everyone uses social media but I think it creates extremes and people sub-consciously become more and more entrenched as their confirmation bias is reinforced.

Though the traditional media doesn’t help. Anything relating to Farage gets views and interaction so he gets a disproportionate level of coverage which helps a pretty bigoted minority feel their view is right. Lib Dems are a bit wet but I’ve hardly heard from them and they’re probably going to get 50+ seats. If Davey or that grey-haired bird were on tv constantly then maybe that would be quite a lot higher. The Greens are now just another forgettable group whining from the outside, able to insist they’d deliver huge things safe in the knowledge they’ll never have to do anything, but they’ll probably get high single digits in terms of vote % and deserve to be heard more.

Not sure we've got to wait until 2029 for that lol

But I don't agree with that to be honest. There's always a lot of noise and mud slinging around elections, but I think Labour will win and pretty soon after everybody will settle down. Labour have the advantage that this Tory govt have been so bad, that it will be relatively easy for them to perform better and make some positive changes.

Brexit created a schizm, that is still being felt now. My local Tory MP was posting videos yesterday about how he supports the fishing industry and backs fishermen, yet the Brexit he campaigned for and told fishermen down here to vote for is now costing them £64m losses every year and long standing fishing families are having to sell up. It was probably the biggest betrayal ever in their industry trusting the unfounded promises Brexit promised them.

I agree, people attach banners in various ways.

It's the reason I've said in the past, the more people talk about Reform, Farage (or even Trump), even in a negative way, the more those same people are promoting them.

I'd suggest there are racists within all parties, not just the ones some may dislike. For me a Reformer is someone who wants controlled migration, I personally don't think that's the top priority for this country, although I do think ALL local authorities should be accommodating them, and less of the NIMBY. Cornwall certainly looks like it could do with a few. :bandit:

The influence of cream before jam should be actively encouraged by all of us. Cornwall has been getting away with it for too long.

and this is what is frustrating part, people constantly sticking other people under certain banners, when it is a case of not in my backyard across many parts of the country. It's easy to say someone from Kent is a racist, because they complain about the uncontrolled migration into Dover, when it dosen't affect their resources over in Cornwall/Wales/Liverpool blah blah blah. Let the boats rock up into some nice part of Cornwall or those few areas of lovely Wales, you'd soon see attitudes change. Especially if 800+ a day start rocking up on dinghies.

Netanyahu told me to thank you. Labour are simultaneously antisemitic and Zionist-owned. Anti-Muslim and secretly planning to force your daughter to convert and wear a hijab. Destined for a decade of Socialist high tax HELL but also all the same as the Tories.
