I haven’t received any polling cards, so I’m assuming that my new house has not been fully uploaded to the electoral register even though I do pay council tax?

Oh right, I posted mine yesterday. I wonder if the new builds are not registered on the electoral roll yet, I don't how this stuff works.

It would come under whoever your local authority is, must be a number somewhere online you can find to contact them. I had a card originally and it said if youi don't receive your postal vote by whatever date, that I was to contact them (local authority) .

You quoted my comment dick brain, which included a table. If you was having a snide pop at someone else, then maybe quote them, you manage the quote function perfectly fine when it suits you.
