Not bowled over by the appointment ... but he did well at Forest over all ... and has a good record with younger players (actually won the World Cup with England U17s) - we'll likely need to bring some more young'uns through given the financial situation and we do have some talented ones... so cautiously optimistic... rather than thoroughly depressed
