You have a strange hatred towards Speakman. They obviously had Still as number 1 target, that didn't happen so they have had to move on to other targets. It's taken too long but we don't know the reasons why, other than a lot of speculation

Speakman’s position has to be untenable, look at the chaos he is bringing to a simple appointment.

sack off Dodds to work with Murty, sack off proctor and start afresh.

What's a good head coach worth though? Proven he can do it in this league. Probably less than bringing in a bigger risk and having to sack them down the line. We know Cif can do it and did a bloody good job

Definitely yeah. I don't believe he's that bad if at all, it's comical to me how people think he's some villainous character destroying the club from the inside with his out of control ego when in reality he's just doing what his boss has instructed him to do. Like in every single other business.

Exactly. Speakman has become an easy target and its convenient to blame problems in appointing people on the head coach/DoF and frame it as "control" which is a very vague term. The reality is, under that kind of system, the head coach role is not the same as a manager.
