With no natural width on the left it makes it very difficult to penetrate down that side. Trippier, bless his socks, isn't able to drive and overlap down that side the way he ordinarily would. Need a winger.

Half agree. There was a lot of luck in the build up to it but it wasn't a simple tap in. It was on his weaker foot and the ball deflected 2-3 times on the way through to him so he's having to adjust a number of times in the fraction of a second it comes ot him. He made it look very easy and I never had any doubt he'd score it but that's because he's world class.
Trent is a waste of a shirt. He needs dragged off at HT. Bellingham, Rice and Foden in the middle. Replace Trent with Gordon or Eze. Tell every player to stand 20 yards further up the pitch.
