Not enough structure to the side... Denmark starting to pop it about and expose that. Granted, we need to be 25 yds higher up the pitch.
They all look like they've not played together or trained together at all. It's all 1/2 touches, slowing down, looking up to think about the pass. Denmark on the other hand are knitting passes together. It's piss poor this, piss fcking poor.
No one is stopping that to be fair. Viking knobhead wouldn’t do that again if he had another 100 goes.
I'd love for it to have worked and he's not been the only player in the first game and a half to disappoint but honestly TAA is doing nothing in that position. A few hospital balls so far and then would have been the obvious person to have closed down the shot but wasn't anywhere near.
The Southgate fans that have been after me might be starting to wonder, so yes I have the screenshots.
Indeed ... but if that had been me I'd have been fuming ... Still the kid has made up for it ... and keeps getting into good positions down the left ... also played Saka very well, so far...
Like watching United in the league all season mate. I thought I was done with that **** for now! Only positive is every England player now knows what that feels like too
Fantastic goal, hard to stop... But he didn't try leaping for the save until the ball had travelled half it's distance. I'm not saying that's Pickfords fault... Many keepers would miss that... But it was savable with a little faster reaction speed.
It does seem to be the obvious option to be trying, then Eze or Gordon on the LW. We're struggling to create anything on that side at all.
